FivePine Lodge & Campus The FivePine campus at the east end of Sisters continues to grow and change as it provides activities and amenities for visitors and residents alike. Thyme restaurant at the lodge is under the management of Jennifer and TR McCrystal, who have made their other fine Sisters restaurant, Jen’s Garden, a destination for diners across the Northwest. Thyme offers a convivial atmosphere and a delightful upscale dining experience at prices that respect your budget. The restaurant serves visitors at the lodge and is also a favorite of local diners. Three Creeks Brewing Co. is located adjacent to Sisters Movie House. The brew pub has become a popular gathering place for folks from the Sisters Country, offering a wide selection of beers crafted on site — and graced with appropriate Sisters Country names like Stonefly Rye and 8 Second IBA. The brew pub also offers an extensive menu in its family-friendly restaurant. The lodge offers unique rooms, suites and cottages that create a home-away-from-home feel for guests. The entry area of the lodge has a dramatic stone fireplace that rises approximately 30 feet into the open lobby area. The convention center located a short walk away from the lodge can seat 260 people for dining. For a convention that does not require sit-down dining, the center can accommodate up to 500. Businesses, government agencies and civic organizations all use the convention center for their meetings, taking advantage of fine catering by Thyme. The lodge and convention center join the the other feature attractions in the FivePine campus: Sisters Athletic Club; Shibui Spa; and Sisters Movie House. Shibui Spa has become a destination for people seeking healthful living. Through massage, detoxification and other treatments, conducted in the peaceful surroundings of the spacious spa, Shibui helps people restore their well-being. Nearby is Sisters Athletic Club, where locals and visitors alike train with state-of-the-art equipment and enjoy an Olympic-size pool and other amenities. They also sponsor several athletic events. Sisters Movie House is a hub of the Sisters arts scene, offering popular first-run movies along with select independent films. You can dine in the theater and enjoy microbrew beer.
